Faisal Imam has ample experience in venture creation, deal origination and fund raising. He sits on the board of several companies, overseeing businesses in the Monument Group.

Faisal holds an MBA from the University of Wales (Cardiff), a BSc in Accountancy from University of Maiduguri (Nigeria) and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in England and Wales (DipM).

Sani Hassan has over three decades’ experience in the regulation of the upstream sector of the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry. His area of expertise includes Oil Block Management and processing of oil license applications. He rose to the rank of a Deputy Director in the defunct Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR).

Sani is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationist (NAPE) and Nigerian Mining and Geological Society (NMGS)
